I recently came across Ron Mueck’s hyperrealistic giant sculptures. I’ve always been a fan of Claes Oldenberg’s work – giant inanimate objects so it only makes sense that giant people would be just as cool, if not cooler. Mueck’s work has a much more serious tone though. It’s amazing how much detail he captures in such large forms. Definitely check out more of his work online if you like the pieces below.

(Btw, for the record, that is a giant newborn baby. A little scary-looking I know.)
